The HELP Program is a real estate service within Eagle Rock Properties, a real estate brokerage in Eagle Idaho. Eagle Rock Properties is a traditional real estate brokerage, and represents both buyers and sellers. Eagle Rock averages approximately eight transactions per month.
The HELP Program is a comprehensive service designed to help real estate buyers and sellers with all aspects of a real estate transaction. In addition to the traditional services Eagle Rock Properties offers to its clients, The HELP Program provides credit restoration services, budgeting and expense tracking, mortgage consultation, down payment savings plans and overall financial counseling.
While many of our clients are ready and qualified to buy immediately, The HELP Program provides these additional services—as necessary—to help clients who may need additional time and coaching before qualifying to buy. We have worked extensively for as long as 24 months with our clients—helping repair credit, saving money for a down payment, and budgeting to reduce or eliminate debt. Many of our clients have saved over $5000 and improved their credit scores over 150 points in our mortgage preparation program. The HELP Program services allow us to work with any buyer. The only question is how long it will take to qualify for a mortgage.
TODD MCCAULEY
Eagle Rock Properties is owned by Todd McCauley, a licensed real estate agent. He markets and operates The HELP Program and its services.
Todd was raised in Eagle and graduated from Centennial High School in 1989. After graduating with an undergraduate degree in business management, Todd worked for an international marketing research firm, Wirthlin Worldwide as a Project Director. In 2000, Todd graduated with an MBA from Northwestern University in Chicago. From 2000 to 2005 he worked as a Research Manager for The Media Management Center, a joint department within Northwestern’s Business and Journalism schools.
In 2005, Todd returned to Boise to found The HELP Program. As a licensed real estate agent, he has helped hundreds of Treasure Valley residents buy, sell, rent, or rent-to-own real estate in Ada and Canyon counties. He appeared on Fox News ’s “Business at its Best” television program and has been featured in multiple articles in the Idaho Business Review. Since 2005, he has been among the valley’s most active real estate professionals and in 2009 received a “Circle of Excellence” award as one of the Treasure Valley’s top producing agents.
