EXPLORE THE AREA

Consider this your opportunity to explore Southwestern Idaho for all it has to offer. There’s a reason why the cities in this part of our great state consistently rank as some of the best places to live, work, and play in America. While we’d certainly like to keep this our little secret, our residents are more than welcoming to fresh faces and families, and our communities are built for growth. We get exposure to all four seasons with moderate temperature and weather, close access to the outdoors no matter which direction you turn, enough dining and shopping to keep you constantly on the move, and a thriving and growing artistic community. It’s still one of the relatively undiscovered gems of the Northwest, but Boise’s continual growth and national recognition as a wonderful place to live won’t let it go unnoticed much longer.

Meridian, Idaho - Meridian is Idaho’s fastest growing city, and is ranked the 62nd Best Place to Live out of 100 finalist cities, according to Money Magazine. Meridian boasts great restaurants, plenty of activities for families to enjoy together, and numerous housing options at affordable prices.

Eagle, Idaho – Eagle offers a unique mix of new and old, wrapped up in a small, welcoming package. With a thriving business community, plenty for families to do, and all the shopping you need nearby, you’re assured of a great living experience.

Nampa, Idaho – Nampa is Idaho’s second largest city, behind Boise. With a growing and active business community, great schools, plenty of outdoor recreational activities, and access to affordable housing, it’s a great option for new and growing families.

Caldwell, Idaho – Caldwell is home to the College of Idaho, the Caldwell Night Rodeo, and is located right between the border of Idaho and Oregon. It’s the first major city to welcome you as you enter this wonderful state from the I-84 corridor.

However, this growth doesn’t stop it from retaining a small-town quality of life. While Kuna is part of the Boise-Nampa metropolitan area, its location puts it just outside the range of the hustle and bustle.

Star, Idaho – Star is another charming and growing town in Idaho. Its got great subdivisions, easy access to outdoor activities like fishing, and a well-controlled growth in retail options.

Middleton, Idaho -Middleton holds the distinction of being a unique rural community, while still growing at a quick pace. It’s a stark contrast from what you’ll find in some of Idaho’s bigger cities which are less than 20 miles away. Agriculture remains the largest industry in this beautiful little town.
