Out of those 2,993 homes, 1,965 are foreclosures. The average price on foreclosures is $145,883. According to Trulia.com, the average price per square foot for Boise ID was $109, a decrease of 7.6% compared to the same period last year. The median sales price for homes in Boise ID for Sep 09 to Nov 09 was $146,664 based on 52 home sales. Compared to the same period one year ago, the median home sales price decreased 13.5%, or $22,822, and the number of home sales increased 62.5%. Another factor to consider is that the first time home buyers tax credit is scheduled to end this spring, so there’s some motivation for you!
