Down Town Boise where you can enjoy the city backdrop on tree lined streets with out traffic jams, where friendly people will take the time out of their day to smile and say hello. There is an abundance of shopping, trendy coffee shops, and theater. It’s a place where people greet one another at street fairs and Saturday markets and mingle over a cup of fresh brewed coffee, while purchasing fresh baked artisan bread, and abundant floral bouquets and you can take your pick of incredible places to eat from casual to fine dining.
Eagle where you can still enjoy the feel of days gone by with the historic buildings, and quaint streets where the local vendors bring their goods to sell at the Saturday Markets, where the restaurants, coffee shops or merchants you walk into know you by name. Where homes range from small quaint homes, to large estate homes on small lots or acreage, to country farms!
Outdoor Fun where Skiing, Snowboarding, swimming, hiking, biking, camping, golfing, canoeing, kayaking, river rafting, hunting and fishing, are all things that you can do within a short drive from town. Our long spring and summer seasons enable you to plenty of time to do it all.
McCall is in a class of it’s own with year round recreation and scenic beauty. The Winter landscape in McCall is majestic, the quaint town welcomes visitors for the annual Winter Ice Sculpture contest, as well as the skiers, snowboarders, and snowmobiles who frequent the town for week-end getaways. Spring starts a flurry of outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, boating, fly fishing, rafting, golfing, and so much more, all this is only 2 hours from Boise. The housing consists of homes that are 2nd vacation homes, rentals as well as year round residents.
Theater Idaho has an abundance of great theaters from indoor theater to outdoor theaters under the stars. Some of our theatres are the Shakespeare Festival, Starlight Mountain Theatre, Boise Contemporary Theater, Boise Little Theater, Mystery Dinner Theater, Morrison Center Performing Arts, and so many more!

As the historic center of the neighborhood, Hyde Park is a great place for shopping, walking through the tree lines streets, enjoying the great food, spirits, and summer music, or spend the afternoon climbing the hills at Camels Back. Hyde park is a very desirable area, filled with beautiful tree lined streets filled with beautifully kept, and remodeled homes, from the 1900′s.
